The Lake Resort apartments are heated and cooled thanks to heating and cooling panels in the ceiling, which operate with highly efficient ground source heat pumps installed around the buildings. The system uses renewable energy and ensures even cooling and heating thanks to the large ceiling radiators, enhancing the thermal comfort of the apartments. Unlike previous cooling and heating systems that were directed to a single area, the even heat distribution means colder or warmer spots do not form in the apartment. The rooftop solar panel systems play a significant role in supplying the energy needs of the shared community spaces, pools and outdoor lighting.
