Beside Lake Balaton
The Lake Resort residential park is located south of Keszthely city centre in Helikon Park, close to the shore on the western side of Lake Balaton, in a natural environment on the area of the former Zala Kemping and Resort Village. The Entz Géza promenade passing in front of the property ends in a cycle path, so residents can access the property by car on a no-through road. The Balaton side of the 7.2-hectare property is surrounded by a park with old trees, providing a relaxing spot for resting and offering direct fishing access from a private jetty. The green belt on the southern side is the perfect place for hikers, sports enthusiasts, and walking with small pets. The Helikon Fishing Association is located on the northern side.
With the first section of the new M76 motorway now in use, which improves the accessibility of the entire area, you can comfortably reach Keszthely from Budapest in almost two hours via the M7 motorway. Sármellék international airport is only a 20-minute drive away. Keszthely is one of the most dynamically developing cities at Lake Balaton, with many infrastructure developments currently underway. In addition to its magical downtown area, culture and shores, Keszthely – thanks to its touristic appeal – offers numerous activities throughout the year. The location means city centre amenities can be accessed quickly from the Lake Resort residential park, such as shops, restaurants, sports facilities, medical services, and other service facilities.
