About the project
The first phase of our Lake Resort residential complex project will see the development of 120 apartments in 5 buildings, and it started in the first quarter of 2022. The substantial completion of the turnkey smart apartments will begin in the first quarter of 2025. About the buildings
The buildings can be accessed from Entz Géza promenade through a remote-controlled barrier gate and a pedestrian entrance. The ground floor of the residential buildings accommodates the indoor parking, electric-car charging points as well as secure storage space. Commercial and service units will be established on the ground floor of the buildings. The studio, medium and deluxe-sized apartments have been designed with 7 apartments per floor, each with their own balcony, from the first to the third floor. The fourth floor will have a total of three units: two penthouses and one medium-sized apartment, with private terraces.

The Lake Resort Residential Park offers three different sizes of apartment on four floors for prospective owners.
